This is a Step by Step guide to using My Messages on the Presenter Promotions website.
One of the unique things about the application system is producers and advertisers can connect with you internally (within the membership dashboard). Some may still use email and telephone, but if a message is sent to you, you will get a notification that you have a message waiting.
To access your messages, login to your Dashboard and you will find all your messages (both sent and received) in the My Messages Tab. By clicking on the tab it will open your In Box which displays all your in-coming messages:-
From: Displays who the message is from.
Subject: If the person has added a subject then this will be displayed here.
Date: This will show the date and time the message was sent.
TO VIEW A MESSAGE
Simply Click on either the name or subject. The full message will then be displayed in the summary in-box.
TO REPLY TO A MESSAGE
Click on the word Reply in the top right hand corner of the message. This will open a NEW Message box for you to reply. It will automatically add their name and subject (you can change the subject by highlighting the text and making say what you feel is required). Below this you will find a box for you to type your reply. Once you are ready simply click the send button. The message will now be stored in your SENT messages box.
If you want to view sent messages simply click on the selected message and it will be displayed below the sent messages summary box.
TO DELETE A MESSAGE
Check the box next to their name and click the Delete Tab on the dashboard menu.
