Adding A Producers Profile - Help Guide

This is a helpful guide aimed at Producers and Production Personnel who are unsure how to add a profile on the Presenter Promotions website. Services to producers and production personnel are totally free.

You may be referring to this guide because you need help with one particular element of adding a profile, so you may need to scroll up and down to find the bit most relevant to you.

Lets start at the beginning . . .

Go to the top menu and select Register, click on it and you will be faced with two options and YOU need to click on the button called 'Register as Producer'.

This will open the Producer Registration page which you need to complete to start your access to the website.

Your Information:-

First Name: Enter your First name

Last Name: Enter your Surname

Contact No: Enter the best telephone number for us to contact you

Username: Create a username that uses both your names (if you can) or is recognisable as you. (make sure its more than 6 characters and has NO spaces)

Email: Ideally enter the email address you want job applications sent to.

Password: Please use at least 6 characters and try and use a mixture of letters and numbers.

Confirm Password: Place the same password into this field.

Company Name: Add your company name (you can put Freelance OR Your Own Name, etc if you have no company name).

Telephone (Mobile No ONLY): This is a verification process and helps us to create trust that you are genuine, real and have good intentions in using this website. Heres how to complete this part:-

a) The first numbers are the county code (which are automatically added, so do not adjust this part)

b) Enter your full mobile number (either with or without the zero) and select the button SEND CODE. This will then send a verification code to your mobile.

c) Enter the verification code that was sent to your mobile where it says 'Enter verification code' and click the button VERIFY CODE. A message will pop up saying code ok and you can continue.

Tick the 'I'm Not a Robot box.

Tick the acceptance of our Privacy & Terms.

Tick the agreement to accept emails from our website concerning your membership and how to use the site.

Once you have completed the above click the button ‘I accept. Create my account’ If you are not able to select this button, its likely you have missed out something on the form or not completed the phone verification process.

Meanwhile you will be sent a confirmation email containing an activation link:-

Go to your email account and click on the link within the email (this will make your account live on the website). This email will also have a reminder of your username and login password too.

All you need to to do now is go the top menu of the website and under Account click Login. The first time you login in you will need to complete your profile, some information will already be automatically be added, but to make your profile complete, heres the extra info it will ask for . . .

User Information:-

Firstly this displays your USERNAME and two useful links for changing your password or email address

First Name: (Will already be added) Although you can edit it.
Last Name: (Will already be added) Although you can edit it.

Company Information:-

Company Name: (Will already be added) Although you can edit it.
Company Type: Select (from the drop down menu) the activity you company are involved in the most.
Address: The first line of your postal address.
Address(Line 2): The second line of your postal address (if needed).
Country: Select from the drop down menu
Region: Select from the drop down menu
City: (This field will be revealed relevant to the region you select) Use the drop down menu to select your Town or City.
Postcode: Add you postcode.
Telephone: Add your telephone number (if not inserted already).
Company Overview: I hope you can fill this in as it enables you add some text about the company or what you do, our talent can use this as a way of checking your validity too and hence get better quality applications.
Company Logo: If you have a logo you can add that here, a square image is best (250 x 250 pixels is ideal), just click the ‘Upload New’ button, select the image from your device. If you don’t have a logo simply do nothing and it will simply insert our PP logo instead.

Then click the ’Save Profile’ button and you are done, you will then be taken back to the Producer Dashboard.
